Ashley Nocera, a popular fitness model and Instagram phenomenon was born on fifteen August, 1994 in USA. Although Ashley hasn't spoken too much about her parents, she has credited her grandfather for the genesis of her passion for working out, as his bodybuilder career was very popular throughout his 20s and 30s. Ashley had a habit of being physically active since an early age. She started lessons in swimming at the age of four old and continued to do so for a further 10 years. It is thought that Ashley was a participant in different competitions. However, she did not dedicate herself enough because she was not willing to stick to strict diet guidelines so that her body would function at the best it could. When she graduated, Ashley chose not to go on in college, but instead concentrate on her work as being a fitness model. Ashley was just 15 when she realized that she was not satisfied with the way her body appeared. Her grandpa who advised her to join the fitness center. He suggested she go slowly and to build her physique slowly. Ashley was inspired by her win and entered the WBFF Las Vegas World Championships in 2014. The result was 7th and was pushed to try harder. Then she returned to the 2015 WBFF World Championships and won fifth place. After the competition ended. Ashley was able to decide that she didn't desire to compete any more. She was receiving offers for photography shoots during her time playing, but she wasn't looking to combine her career, however after she had stopped competing, she decided to become an exercise model. After being featured on the front page of an acclaimed fitness magazine she was then able to launch her fitness modeling career after signing with an agency for modeling. She has since become a sought-after model and has appeared for many bikini brand names and globally renowned companies in the clothing industry.
